We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused  Tanium Engineer  to join our team. You should have experience in technical help desk support, including password resets, Active Directory issues, and the ability to remote into PCs to troubleshoot problems. A Tanium Engineer job involves deploying, configuring, and managing the Tanium Platform for endpoint security, patch management, and software deployment. Responsibilities include monitoring endpoints, creating automation scripts, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure system security and compliance.

Key skills include proficiency with the Tanium platform and its core modules, scripting (like Python or Power Shell), and knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Endpoint monitoring:
Patch and software deployment:
Oversee the deployment of security patches and software updates using the Tanium platform.
Create and maintain automated scripts and packages to streamline tasks like software deployment, configuration, and reporting.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance, and monitor platform health.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Strong scripting abilities, especially with Power Shell, Python or Bash.
Solid understanding of Windows, and macOS.
Networking:
Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts and protocols.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform root-cause analysis on complex issues.
