We are looking for a Privacy Champion (Iberia) to join the Compliance team and support the operational management of privacy and data protection within the Mediterranean Operating Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for privacy matters, embedding GDPR compliance into day‑to‑day business activities.

Manage data incidents, DPIAs, RoPAs, and retention schedules.

Provide operational support for DSARs and liaise with Data Protection Authorities.

Coordinate privacy agreements (DPAs) with Legal and Procurement.

Monitor compliance controls, metrics and action plans.

Support clinics with insurance‑related privacy queries in coordination with relevant teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Law, Business Administration, IT, Political Science or similar (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in privacy/data protection.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Job stability with a permanent contract.
