The Role
We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial accounts and oversee our residential cleaning operations. This is a full-time remote position.

The right candidate is organized, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and can manage multiple open issues without losing track of any of them.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients during U.S. business hours
Manage service issues from initial contact through resolution
Coordinate with field supervisors and operations to ensure service commitments are met
Oversee residential cleaning operations including inquiries, scheduling, and client follow-up
Maintain accurate records and documentation across client accounts
Provide on-call coverage two weekends per month on a scheduled rotation

What We Are Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or service operations preferred
Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal, required
Fluent Spanish required

Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
