About the Role:
We are seeking for a proactive and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and enhancing client relationships, mainly with mid-market accounts and skilled in driving customer satisfaction and upselling within those relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and grow strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer adoption of our solutions and continual improvement of their experience.
Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature launches and client onboarding.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
Solve simple issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in Account Management/Customer Success
Experience in the Travel Tech environment is a must.
Experience proactively upselling additional services and products to existing clients.
Proven ability to manage 150~ accounts efficiently, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data to inform upsell opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
Self-reliant and proactive, with a willingness to try new strategies for upselling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands.
Language Requirements:
English C1+, Spanish and/or Italian, portuguese as native language
