Requirements:
6 months of experience involved in Customer Service Area
Provide customer service via phone.
Document each interaction with good spelling and grammar.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, articulate, respectful, friendly, and courteous.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability to learn quickly and follow processes.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Completed high school diploma.
Full-time availability. Between 06:00 and 20:00, the candidate must be available to rotate shifts.
Hybrid position, 3 months on-site, then remote.
Intercenter Business Center (Col. Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco).
Advanced conversational and written English (will provide phone and chat support to foreign clients, as well as ticket documentation).
Punctuality.
