Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote – LATAM) US & Canada Tech Hiring | Microsoft Stack
We are a specialized IT recruiting company working with clients in the United States and Canada, focused on senior technical roles within the Microsoft ecosystem (C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular).
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can take ownership, communicate confidently in excellent English, and actively drive recruiting forward.
Actively source candidates (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray)
Conduct screening interviews in English, including technical qualification
Ask and understand technical questions around C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular
5+ years of experience as an IT / Technical Recruiter
~ Very strong English (spoken & written)
~ Solid understanding of software development concepts
~ Not an HR generalist role
100% remote (LATAM-based)
~ Senior-level US & Canada tech hiring exposure
