We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web & Design Project Manager to join our growing digital agency. This person will help us build beautiful websites and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects for our clients! If you are passionate about keeping large projects organized, creative problem solving, and building long-term relationships with team members and clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

Who You Are

An ambitious and extremely organized project manager who is passionate about delivering complex web design and development, branding, and marketing projects.
Extremely attentive to deadlines, processes, and details.
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients.
A proactive problem solver who isn’t afraid to dive in and get your hands dirty to accomplish the task at hand.
Able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting expectations and client goals.
Have experience managing work inside of advanced project management software like Click Up, Asana, or Jira.
Have at least 3 years of project management experience in an agency setting delivering branding and/or website projects.
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (with preference for additional PMP certification).

What You'll Do

Manage the successful delivery of work for a small book of high-value accounts from the moment we kick off each project.
Coordinate and collaborate with clients and team members across Europe and the U.S. in real-time via Slack and Email.
Process and delegate deliverables and tasks to branding, UX/UI design, web development, marketing, and copywriting teams.
Create easily digestible, organized project plans and trackers, then keep them updated on a rolling basis.
Deliver all work on time — or work with clients and internal team members to negotiate new deadlines.
Source client inputs, feedback, and approvals on branding and website deliverables.
Prepare our team for client meetings and take detailed notes during internal and client syncs.
QA all deliverables to ensure adherence to client objectives and inputs.
Build trust and buy-in from client contacts while inspiring and leading internal teams to do their best work and drive results.
