** Lead SAP Specialist**, you will be the senior subject‐matter expert for SAP Finance within the Global SAP team. This is a
** content‐driven expert role**, not a people‐management, consultant or architecture position. You will work closely within the SAP management team and play a key role in ensuring high‐quality, standardized SAP deliveries across the organization.

This is a senior, high‐visibility position with significant stakeholder exposure, and therefore strong English and Spanish communication skills are needed. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in Madrid, structural and full-time remote working will not be accepted.## ***
* ** About the Role
** You bring deep hands‐on knowledge of
** SAP Finance
** and ideally additional understanding of
** Sales
* * and
** Procurement**. You will coordinate across different SAP domains, guide integrated solution design and support internal initiatives that improve standardization and harmonization within S/4

HANA.A strong part of your focus will be designing and improving key Finance processes, including
** entity creation, permanent establishments, AP/AR**, and
** tax and treasury‐related flows**.## ***
* ** What You’ll Do
*** Act as the senior SAP (Finance) specialist within the global team
* Coordinate content, requirement gathering and delivery across Finance and related domains (Sales, Service and Procurement desirable)
* Design and optimize SAP Finance processes in S/4

HANA
* Lead internal initiatives focused on standardization and simplification
* Translate business requirements into feasible SAP solutions
* Guide testing, documentation and knowledge transfer
* Support integrated cross‐domain deliverables and ensure end‐to‐end quality## ***
* ** What You Bring
*** Strong hands‐on expertise in
** SAP FI/CO**, including configuration and integration
* Solid understanding of Finance processes including AP, AR, treasury, entity creation and tax‐related structures
* Experience with S/4

HANA (greenfield or brownfield)
* Ability to coordinate across SAP areas and ensure cohesive end‐to‐end solutions
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Knowledge of Sales and Procurement processes is a plus
* Experience with tools like Vertex, Ariba, Concur and invoice automation solutions as Esker is desirable
* Strong English communication skills for working with international teams.
* Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, solution‐oriented mindset.
