Consolidation Specialist – Inclusive​/Remote

. In this role, you will take ownership of consolidation processes across the group, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and high-quality reporting. You will work closely with senior management and external advisors, contributing technical insight and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic, international and flexible environment. • Ensure data quality in the general ledgers of individual group companies.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely in monthly closing processes.
• Group Interco transactions and balances reconciliation.
• Ensure the application of the group's TP policy.
• Support in financial consolidation between multiple entities. Standardization of accounting criteria.
• Support in external and internal audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams.

• 2+ years of experience in and financial consolidation & accounting roles.
• Solid knowledge of consolidation & accounting processes.
• Experience working in multi‑entity or international environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Exposure to audits and external advisory coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• Native Spanish speaker and high level of English (B2+).
