Position Overview We are hiring

Virtual Math Tutorsto teach students from3rd to 9th grade(Elementary through early High School). Tutoring sessions are conducted online in1:1 or small groups (up to 3 students) using a structured curriculum and digital platform. All lesson materials are provided — prior knowledge of any specific U.S. curriculum is not required. This is a remote role with fixed school-hour scheduling aligned to U.S. Central Time.

Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging virtual tutoring sessions inMath(Elementary Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II) Explain academic concepts clearly, simply, and patiently Adapt teaching style to different learning speeds and student needs Create a supportive, positive, and emotionally safe learning environment Follow lesson structure, engagement strategies, and curriculum guidelines Track attendance and complete short session reports after each class Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all scheduled sessions Communicate actively with team members via Slack Participate in training sessions and remain open to feedback During non-teaching hours, tutors may work on preparation or academic material review.

Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong knowledge of Math (3rd grade through Algebra II) Desktop or laptop computer with webcam Reliable high-speed internet connection Headset with microphone Availability Monday–Friday during U.S. school hours Schedule 1:7am – 12pm CST Schedule 2:11am – 4pm CST Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, Slack, educational platforms) Strong communication skills and professionalism Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
