At New Era Technology, we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Development team in a fully remote role based in México. This position is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys building scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving their skills in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, diversity, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using the .NET Core and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Integrate applications with third-party systems, APIs, and services.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing software applications.
Apply best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.
Stay up to date with advancements in .NET technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

~ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related field.
~5+ years of professional experience in software development.
~ Proficiency in .NET CORE and SQL
~ Strong English communications skills ( MUST HAVE)
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
~ Solid experience in database design and SQL.
~ Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC, RESTful APIs, and web-based architectures.
