We are looking for a Junior Product Engineer reporting directly to the CEO, who wants to grow in a product-driven environment, learn by building real solutions, and develop strong engineering fundamentals.

This is a product engineering role
, not a language-specialist position.
We are not looking for experts in a specific framework, but for people who know how to program, think logically, and want to understand the product they are building

As a Junior Product Engineer, you will:

Contribute to the development of product features across the stack.

Report to the CEO, translating business strategy into technical execution.

Work closely with more senior engineers, product, and business teams.

Write clean, maintainable code that runs in production.

Participate in code reviews and gradually take ownership of components.

Gain exposure to system design, data, and cloud infrastructure.

0–2 years of experience or strong junior profile with hands-on projects.

Solid programming fundamentals (logic, data structures, APIs).

Curiosity and willingness to understand the business and product context
.

Ability to work collaboratively and ask the right questions.

Fluency in Spanish is required.
English is essential.

Schedule:

Employees have the freedom to manage their own time, with a focus on meeting deliverables. Standard working hours are approximately 9:30 to 18:30.

Short Fridays: We finish at 13:30 every Friday.

Hybrid Work Model: Employees are required to work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Summer Perk: Work from home during the entire month of August.

WFA (Work From Abroad): Up to 2 weeks per year to work from anywhere in the world.

Office Locations: Modern office spaces located in the center of Madrid and Barcelona.
