What You’ll Do

As an   L4 Frontend Software Engineer   , you will act as a   technical leader   driving frontend strategy, architecture, and execution across teams.

Design, develop, test, and deploy   high-quality, user-facing applications   using   React and Type Script   .
Define and own   scalable frontend architectures   , including reusable component libraries, shared design systems, and frontend standards.
Translate complex product requirements and detailed UX designs into performant, accessible, and intuitive web experiences.
Lead technical decision-making and help define the   long-term frontend roadmap   for your domain.
Collaborate cross-functionally with   Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend, Data, and ML Engineers   .
Proactively optimize applications for   performance, accessibility, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility   .
Mentor senior and junior engineers, set a high bar for   code quality   , and promote best practices in testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Partner with backend teams to design and consume   REST and Graph

QL APIs   .
Act as a force multiplier by enabling and unblocking multiple teams through architecture, tooling, and technical leadership.

What You’ll Need

8–10+ years   of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in   frontend development   .
Strong mastery of   React   and the modern React ecosystem (Hooks, Context, Redux/Zustand).
Advanced knowledge of   JavaScript/Type Script   , HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, CSS Modules).
Proven experience designing and scaling   frontend systems across teams or domains   .
Hands-on experience with frontend tooling such as   Vite, Webpack   , npm/yarn, and   CI/CD pipelines   .
Strong focus on   user experience, performance, and accessibility   .
Experience consuming   Graph

QL APIs   (e.g., Apollo Client) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.
Experience leveraging   modern IDEs and AI-assisted development tools   (e.g., Cursor, Git Hub Copilot) to improve developer productivity.
