As a Forward Deployed Engineer
, you will work very close to our customers to make sure our product actually solves their problems. You will understand how they work, how their systems are set up, and what they need, then build solutions that make our platform fit perfectly into their world.

You sit between customers, product, and engineering. You ship real things, unblock real use cases, and turn customer needs into product improvements.

• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, tools, and technical constraints.
• Build customer-facing features like dashboards, onboarding flows, reports, automations, and chat-based tools.
• Create and deploy integrations with third-party tools like SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and internal systems.
• Own customer deployments end to end, from first technical discussion to production rollout.
• Act as the link between customers and the core engineering team, turning real customer problems into reusable product features.
• Build internal tools and automation to make deployments, onboarding, and operations faster and more reliable.
• Help customers onboard in a self-serve way, while also supporting high-touch enterprise setups when needed.

• At least 3 years of experience building and shipping fullstack software in production.
• Solid backend skills and experience working with scalable systems.
• Comfortable working with unclear requirements and changing priorities.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical people.
• Curiosity and motivation to deeply understand customer problems.

• Previous experience in customer-facing engineering roles like Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure, and production systems.
  
  Startup experience or work on AI-driven products.
