Office Manager - Junior

Job Description    We are looking for a  reliable, well-organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager  to join Influencity and support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the company.  You will take care of administrative tasks, client invoicing and payment follow-ups, supplier payments, and general coordination, while acting as a  friendly and trustworthy point of contact  for the team.  We are a flexible, people-first company and we are looking for someone who values structure and responsibility, but who also feels comfortable in a  calm, trust-based, and collaborative environment  .

This is not a high-pressure or senior managerial role, but a key support position that helps everything run smoothly.  This position will initially be part-time  , with flexible working hours. We work under a  flexible hybrid model  . Most tasks can be done remotely, but  occasional on-site presence at our Madrid office  will be required to support office-related needs or specific moments depending on the company’s rhythm.

Support day-to-day office and administrative operations.
Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.
Provide punctual on-site support when required under the hybrid model.
Experience in office management, administration, or operations roles.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Available for an  initially part-time role  .
