You have +2 years experience  in lead generation.
You are  proficient  in Google Sheets, email management, and construction administrative support.
English  - Fully fluent.
Spanish  - Fully fluent.

Lead Generation and Qualification Specialist.

Full-Time Mexico City Area.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Oklahoma City Time Zone.

Remote role - candidates must be based in Mexico City/Mexico State or nearby areas to support potential local team growth in the future.

We are looking for a fast, consistent, and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle lead generation and qualification for our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, ideally commercial painting, who enjoys repetitive work, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.

Review and process a high volume of construction projects daily.
Tag and classify leads based on defined qualification rules.
Work daily in Building Connected and other lead platforms such as Plan Hub, Construct Connect, and GC plan rooms.
Monitor lead-related emails and route information appropriately.
At least 2 years of remote work experience in lead generation, construction support, or similar roles.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting construction or commercial painting teams.

Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for outages.
