Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing behavioral therapy services to children and their families across Kansas, especially in rural and low-income areas. We are hiring several Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Autism Specialists (AS) at our Emporia, KS clinic.

• 20% Develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to improve communication, feeding, behavior, daily living, and social skills, updating as necessary.
• 20% Create and monitor data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment objectives.
• 15% Consult with senior BCBA on treatment teams regarding behavior and programming issues, maintaining close contact to identify behavioral changes and discuss procedural adjustments.
• 10% Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP to evaluate client abilities.
• 10% Perform functional behavior assessments through observation and interviews to determine behavior functions.
• 10% Supervise 1:1 discrete trial teaching, observe implementers, review documentation and data, and provide feedback.
• 10% Manage behavior intervention plans, creating, maintaining, and modifying them as needed.
