Route Service Representative – Cintas Rental Division

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route and providing service and sales to an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced position that includes indoor and outdoor duties such as delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program.
• Solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route.
• Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends.
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

• Act as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe practices.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
