Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely placing mats into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.

This position operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure; the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentives (e.g., higher hourly pay) are tied to exceeding production standards.

The role involves:

• Evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely operating the rolling machine for processing mats.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Sorting and placing rolled mats in staging locations for delivery.
• Working under a production standard with incentive-based compensation linked to performance.
