Senior Estimator – Architectural Millwork & Casework
Confidential Search – Immediate Interviewing
A well-established Mid-Atlantic commercial architectural millwork and casework manufacturer with approximately $16M in annual volume and 75+ associates is seeking a Senior Estimator for high-value commercial bids and support continued growth.
This is a career-level role for an experienced millwork estimator who understands commercial construction, pricing strategy, and how to win profitable work—not an entry-level position.

- Senior estimating efforts for complex commercial millwork and casework projects
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
- Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals
- Solicit and negotiate vendor and subcontract pricing
- Identify value-engineering and margin-improvement opportunities
- Maintain estimating databases, cost keys, and pricing models
- Submit bids on time and follow through to close work
- Support smooth turnover to Project Management
- Maintain relationships with GCs, architects, and vendors
- 5+ years estimating architectural millwork / casework (commercial required)
- Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and installation
- Proven ability to price work accurately and win projects
- Experience with estimating software (Crow’s Nest or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple bids without sacrificing accuracy
- Professional communicator comfortable working with senior-level clients
- Competitive salary commensurate with senior-level experience
