• Assist with training and developing Retail Merchandisers and Store Employees in key merchandising and operational procedures
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure all fixtures are installed according to specifications
• Track and submit biweekly payroll for the Retail Merchandising Team
• Supervise the Retail Merchandising Team during the merchandising phase of new stores and remodels
• Plan and execute onsite merchandising activities and ensure timely project delivery

• 3-5 years of experience supervising a high-volume retail store or in store openings/remodeling
• Preferred college/4-year degree
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with project management in a retail environment
• Proficiency in Excel and Word applications
• Competence in using Outlook for scheduling and communications
• Background in logistics or marketing coordination
