This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment and enjoy hands‑on work. Successful candidates will manage the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the store front, playing a critical part in ensuring customers have the products they want.

• Receive freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to the backroom.
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise.
• Stock, organize, and present new merchandise on the sales floor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Base Pay: $16.50 per hour.

Part‑time associates may qualify for Burlington’s benefits package (medical coverage and a 401(k) plan) based on hours worked, and may be eligible for paid time off and holidays after one year of service.
