Overview
Pay Rate and Benefits: $80,000 – $100,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, etc.)
Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote), Direct Hire
LHH is partnering with a fast-paced, mid-size complex litigation law firm with a strong Class Action Wage and Hour Litigation practice in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who is skilled in managing complex antitrust and class action matters, supporting attorneys across all phases of litigation, and maintaining accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and organize complex litigation cases within the Class Action Wage and Hour practice.
- Assist attorneys through all phases of trial preparation and trial support.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case documents, regulatory materials, and discovery.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Support document review and e-discovery processes.
- Maintain and update case calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy in case management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex litigation, ideally within class action or antitrust matters.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and large caseloads.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Trial preparation experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software; e-discovery experience is a plus.
- Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited program preferred.
