This is not a junior paralegal role.
We’re partnering with a respected law firm seeking a Senior Paralegal who lives and breathes class and collective actions
—specifically employment, wage & hour, and labor law matters
.
If you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment, are confident running Tables of Authorities
, and can jump seamlessly between research, filings, and trial prep, this role was built for you.
Supporting class and collective action litigation from pre-certification through resolution
Assisting with employment and wage & hour matters
Preparing, running, and troubleshooting Tables of Authorities (expert level required)
Conducting case law research using Westlaw and/or Lexis Nexis
Assisting with trial preparation (preferred, not required)
Managing high-volume litigation tasks with accuracy and urgency
Communicating proactively with attorneys and internal teams
✅ What You MUST Have3+ years of experience specifically in class action employment law
(This must be in the class action/employment sector — not general paralegal experience)
Proven experience with class and collective actions
Expert-level proficiency running Tables of Authorities
Strong legal research skills using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented work style
Trial experience is a strong plus.
