We are seeking a Senior Power BI & Data Engineering Consultant with strong expertise in SQL-based data engineering, Power BI reporting, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and data architecture. This role requires a blend of hands-on development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder-facing consulting skills to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

• Lead and deliver Power BI reporting and dashboarding projects end-to-end.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, reporting, and data requirements.
• Design and manage ODS (Operational Data Store) planning, reporting structures, and data models.
• Define Power BI project roadmaps, reporting timelines, and data delivery plans.
• Analyze raw data and perform data cleansing, transformation, and processing using MS SQL.
• Build and maintain SSIS-based ETL pipelines.
• Retrieve, aggregate, and integrate data from multiple sources, including Mongo
  
  DB.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Apply data architecture best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Work with AWS and/or Azure cloud services for data storage, processing, and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, reports).
• Experience with SSIS for ETL and data integration.
• Working knowledge of Mongo
  
  DB.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Solid data architecture and reporting framework knowledge.
