Position Overview
We are currently seeking an in-person Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E‑Therapy. Your role will focus on providing speech and language therapy services to PreK‑5th grade students across the Ridgecrest school district. The position is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, and onsite.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other settings.
- Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote development.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Experience providing speech‑language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology used in speech‑language therapy (preferred).

Physical Requirements (Working in a School Setting)While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and move around in various areas of the school facility. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents both verbally and in writing. The employee may need to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and may occasionally be required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
