The Material Planning Manager is a key operations leader who is accountable for supply plans, factory attainment, network‑wide capacity management, supply planner development, and planning process transformation for the ready‑to‑drink (RTD) “shakes” category. This Material Planning Manager will lead a team of three (3) Material Planners, optimizing product supply and inventory/cash management to support the dynamic needs of the business.

If you’re based in the greater Bay Area, you’ll walk into our Emeryville office each Tuesday morning and start the in‑person portion of our hybrid work week at our weekly all‑company meeting and find close to 200 of your colleagues, some sitting with their dogs, talking excitedly through the week ahead and watching a newer teammate tell their personal life and career journey followed by a quick update on any hot topics that might be relevant to the week ahead.

We are a dynamic, HYBRID workplace so every employee who lives within 100 miles of our offices is expected to come in Tuesday through Thursday. The expected pay scale for this role is $125k to $135k, which may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic area (if applicable), and internal equity for the role. At the beginning of 2026, we will move into our massive modern 133,000 square foot headquarters in Emeryville, California, complete with spacious personal work spaces, gym with rock‑climbing wall, a café, free onsite parking, tons of greenery, and many transportation options.

• Subject Matter Expert for planning process transformation, training, project meetings, and contract manufacturing (CM, coman) onboarding.
• Category owner leads Material Planners to optimize raw material inventory to support finished good forecasts, ensuring that customer service levels and inventory performance targets are met.
• Facilitate monthly procurement orders for supplier(s), adhering to capacity availability, lead times, sku mix and minimum order quantities and summarizes output for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Review.
• Collaborates with PNC Sourcing Manager(s) to ensure Supplier(s) adherence to attainment is met and developing continuous improvement action plans.
• Supply Review product category lead, analyze and communicate relevant information to senior leadership, evaluate multiple scenarios, highlight gaps, articulating impacts, and offer countermeasure solutions.
• Support Material Planners during regular production meetings with Supplier(s) as needed to ensure strong communication with business partners.
