Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disruptive behavior and requesting medical staff and/or law enforcement support when needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of corridors, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals to appropriate departments;
Complete patrol logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision, and assist with securing restricted areas as directed
