Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a crew in the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Ensure safety protocols followed on all job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed
- Monitor quality of work and make adjustments as necessary
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
