• Supervise and lead a crew in performing mowing and general lawn maintenance tasks
• Operate and maintain mowing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client expectations
• Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to crew members
• Monitor job sites for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
• Ability to operate commercial mowing equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
