Qualifications And Desired Experience- Current RN licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) nursing.
- Possession of an Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card.
- Strong clinical skills in administering complex treatments and managing patient care plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities- Provide specialized nursing care to hematologic oncology patients on a 30-bed inpatient unit.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR‑T cell infusions safely and effectively.
- Monitor patient progress and manage side effects; participate actively in ongoing research studies.
- Educate patients and families about treatments, expectations, and care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Day and night rotations every two weeks.
- Availability for straight night shifts can be accommodated.
