At Cornerstone Pregnancy Services, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to women facing unexpected pregnancies through our two medical clinics in Northeast Ohio. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to empower women with the information they need to make life-affirming choices, offering free medical services and confidential peer support in a safe and welcoming environment. We strive to ensure that every woman feels valued and supported, helping them navigate their options with dignity and hope.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in our Cleveland area center, and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a professing Christian with deep convictions to preserve the sanctity of human life and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This part-time role requires a committed individual who demonstrates professionalism, self-motivation, and initiative, aligning with our mission to serve and uplift women in our community.

• Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure excellence in patient care and compliance with medical regulations.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols and policies that align with best practices in women’s health.
• Supervise and provide direct nursing care, including assessments, education, and support for clients facing unexpected pregnancies.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and volunteers to create a comprehensive support system for clients.
• Facilitate training and development programs for nursing staff and volunteers.
• Monitor quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Engage with the community to promote our services and mission, building strong relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
• Uphold the values of Cornerstone Pregnancy Services while advocating for the sanctity of human life in all interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; current registered nurse license in good standing with the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
• An Associate’s degree with appropriate management experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing a healthcare team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at using personal computers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a supportive environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing our ability.
