Position: CNC Grinder Programmer (1st Shift)

* Minimum Requirements:

* ** 3+ year of experience with CNC Grinder, setup and tolerances** **(± .5 thou)*
* ** required
* ** Must have basic reading and writing skills
* Requires basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
* Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, detail sheets, manufacturing outlines, and written instructions.
* Requires a working knowledge of fixtures, cutting tools, and selecting and dressing wheels for finish requirements.

* Education:

High School Diploma.
* ** Eligibility Requirement:
** This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
** Physical Demands:
*** Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, and stretching.
* Requires occasional lifting parts, fixtures, containers, and grinding wheels up to 70 pounds to a height of 5 feet with aid of a hoist.
* Must have the ability to occasionally maneuver portable rigging equipment which requires heavy exertion while stretching and bending.
* Requires use of assorted burring tools.
* Requires frequent lifting and handling part and fixtures weighing up to 20 pounds from floor to waist level.
** Work Environment:
*** Manufacturing shop floor environment.
* Greasy, oil environment.
* Exposure to machine coolant.
