Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Companion / STNA (FT/PT, Days/Nights) in Elyria, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor residents' health, report changes, and ensure safety and comfort.
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, medication reminders, and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality resident care.
