Roles & Responsibilities Scheduled as dealer or supervisor based on business demands and staffing needs
Assist in overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure service standards and protect company assets
Supervise and support team members to ensure exemplary service and operational integrity when supervising
Address guest concerns and make decisions in a professional manner
Provide exceptional guest service
Responsible for overseeing seating and controlling lists
Responsible for running tournaments as directed
Know and understand the rules of all poker variants offered and follow all policies and procedures
Uphold the integrity of the poker hand while maintaining speed and accuracy moving the action as necessary
Accurately conduct guest transactions, track the size of the pot, make change, collect appropriate fees, and maintain the table bank Inform management of any suspicious / unusual activity, disputes, and any irregularities
Contribute to a positive team-based environment and assist in all areas of the club as requested, including, but not limited to room cleanliness, conducting guest or bank transactions, helping guests, and any other tasks assigned by Lake Erie Poker Management Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 Year experience dealing poker or other relevant experience1 Year supervisory experience or other relevant experience
Must pass a dealing audition
Effectively communicate in the English Language Ability to pass a basic math test Always maintain a professional appearance
Exceptional Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
