PayYour hourly rate starts at £12.45, increasing to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. You receive a night premium of £2.35 per hour worked between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
We offer a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexible part‑time options down to 12 hours. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows and you will receive three‑week notice of your shifts. If your availability matches closely but not exactly, we still consider you for the role.

- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within your store.
- Work across the store, including service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about your store’s performance, understanding the part you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow our policies.
- At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
