Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Temporary Ad Hoc Catering Assistant to support the catering team at a school in Soham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, friendly environment and is flexible with ad hoc work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with food preparation and service
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Supporting the catering team during busy periods
Washing up and general kitchen duties
Ensuring food safety and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:

Enhanced DBS disclosure check (essential)
Previous catering or kitchen experience desirable, but not essential
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good understanding of food hygiene practices

What We Offer:

£12.21 per hour
Daytime hours only – no evenings or weekends
