Assistant Group Financial Controller – EMEA

Dwyer Omega is a global leader in precision sensing, measurement and control solutions, serving industrial customers worldwide. We are seeking an Assistant Group Financial Controller to lead financial control across our EMEA operations within a complex, multi‑entity manufacturing environment.

This is a senior, hands‑on role, leading a team of c.25 finance professionals and taking ownership of EMEA consolidated reporting, audit readiness, and financial governance.

• Preparation and ownership of EMEA consolidated financial statements across multiple holding companies
• Leadership of the year‑end audit process, acting as the primary contact for external auditors
• Ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and strong financial controls
• Managing complex FX accounting and reporting
• Providing financial leadership to manufacturing and engineering operations, including inventory and cost accounting
• Leading, developing and strengthening a large regional finance team

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in a Group Financial Controller or senior financial control role
• Strong background in multi‑entity consolidation and audit management
• Experience with in manufacturing or engineering environments
• Confident working in the detail, with a pragmatic, sleeves‑rolled‑up approach
• Comfortable operating in a complex, international organisation
