We're looking for full-time Children's Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Ely. You'll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.

• Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.
• Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.
• Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
• Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential
• Level 3 in Children and Young People
• Full UK Driving Licence
