Project Work
* Assist in the research, analysis, definition, testing and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
* Develop reports, applications, and interfaces to fulfill business requirements.
* Track and report progress on assigned projects.
Documentation
* Review, edit, and write knowledge base (KB) entries.
* Maintain and build knowledge and documentation of Red Gold software environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Actively pursuing a college degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, or related field.
* Experience with SQL desired
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Base understanding of relational database desired
* Base understanding of Microsoft Copilot or similar tools desired.
* Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to learn.
* Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows environments, and common business applications.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
