Guest Services Leader – Pilot Flying J

Our energy and logistics division serves as a top supplier of fuel, employing one of the largest tanker fleets and providing critical services to oil operations in the nation’s busiest basins.

• Supervise employees and general store operations as a Shift Leader.
• Respond to customer needs with excellent customer service skills.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well‑maintained and running smoothly.
• Maintain knowledge of store operations and Pilot’s commitment to quality and customer service.

Starting between $17.20 – $25.55 per hour.

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer‑focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
