• Graduate from an accredited college, university, or nursing program with a degree/diploma in nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Arizona
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience preferred (acute care or hospital experience preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Open availability to work per scheduling policy (night shift travel nurse)

• Plan and provide comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including executing provider orders and administering medications
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments and support delivery of clinical services
• Perform technical and clinical procedures within scope of RN licensure
• Assess and triage patients, including new admissions and those with acute illnesses or injuries
• Operate pill call, dispense medications, and document per facility policy
• Supervise and guide nursing and non-licensed medical staff when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with policy and regulations
• Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate care transitions and discharge planning
• Provide patient education, health counseling, and support to patients and families
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies
• Participate in audits, safety reporting, and accreditation processes as needed
