Research and analyze law sources such as federal and state constitutions, statutes, administrative codes, recorded judicial decisions and legal articles;
Assist inmates/residents in accessing the court system and providing assistance in the preparation of pleadings or petitions for filing;
Prepare written legal memoranda on specific topics as assigned, to include contracts, brief, pleadings, appeals, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds and trust interments for review, approval and use by attorney;
Investigate facts and law of case to determine causes of action and to prepare case accordingly;
File or coordinate the filing of pleadings
