Deliver individualized instruction and support for students with special education needs
Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with staff and families
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the school and state guidelines
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success
