Kernodle Clinic, part of Duke Health's community-based network, is recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine physicians for two current opportunities in Alamance County, North Carolina: a traditional outpatient Family Medicine role in Elon and a Walk-In Clinic (Urgent Care) role in Burlington.
This combined posting allows Family Medicine physicians to explore multiple practice settings within one respected, physician-led organization.
Current Opportunities- Family Medicine Clinic - Elon, NC (Outpatient only)
- Walk-In Clinic (WIC) - Burlington, NC (Urgent Care)
- Outpatient practice with a 4-day workweek
- Approximately 15-18 patients per day
- Dedicated nurse or medical assistant; two exam rooms per provider
- Abridge AI Scribe to reduce documentation burden
- On-site labs; radiology available at a nearby clinic
- Light call shared across the team
- Employer retirement contribution of 13.2%
- 6 weeks' vacation annually
- New multi-specialty building planned for Fall 2026
- 3-day workweek
- No call
- Join a stable team of 4 physicians and 2 APPs
- Urgent care and primary care experience required
