Position Summary

The Clinical Education Administrative Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and systems support to the clinical education team. This role is designed to reduce operational burden, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across processes related to scheduling, documentation, accreditation, communication, and systems management.

Minimum

Required

Education and Experience
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one‑year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of administrative support experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to learn Exxat (with training) to become program super‑user.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work autonomously with detailed instructions.
Job Duties
  • Systems and Platform Support
    • Assist with routine tasks in Exxat, including data entry, checklist monitoring, report pulls as directed, document uploads, as well as system‑wide audits and updates.
    • Support organization and maintenance of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, including folder upkeep, document filing, version control, and permission requests.
    • Process Affiliation Agreements through the university system for signatures and full execution.
    • Request Certificates of Insurance for clinical facility affiliates, maintain documentation and annual distribution.
    • Help maintain standardized templates, forms, and shared resources used by the clinical team.
  • Scheduling and Logistics
