Job Description

This role runs the day-to-day product work for Oasis. You will take the product strategy and turn it into shipped outcomes: clear requirements, predictable delivery, and measurable improvements that help customers decommission legacy systems while retaining secure access to historical clinical, financial, and operational data. You will manage the product backlog, partner tightly with engineering and delivery, and coach a small team so product development stays fast, focused, and grounded in real workflows.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • BASE (first 6–12 months):
Stabilize execution and increase delivery velocity by tightening requirements, release quality, and the improving the product development lifecycle.
  • GROWTH (year 1+):
Expand Oasis capabilities and reduce manual work across migrations and archives, with deeper support for major source systems such as Epic, Oracle Health, and MEDITECH.
  • FUTURE (long-term):
Build Oasis into a durable data foundation that makes historical data easier to find, validate, and reuse for analytics and future artificial intelligence use cases.
  • Run the full product development cycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, sprint planning, release, and follow-through.
  • Own the Oasis backlog and weekly priorities across clinical archive, financial archive, and legacy system decommissioning initiatives.
  • Translate customer and delivery needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria that engineering can build without guesswork.
  • Lead weekly planning with engineering: break work into deliverable increments, manage scope, remove blockers, and keep commitments realistic.
  • Manage day-to-day team performance: set goals, coach product managers and analysts, and build a culture of high-quality execution.
  • Own requirements for extracting data from legacy electronic medical record systems, including Epic, Oracle Health, and MEDITECH, covering both structured and unstructured content.
  • Guide development of migration tooling that supports discrete data delivery for import into a new electronic health record when required, while also supporting complete historical archiving.
  • Create and execute strategic roadmaps including unit economics and financial impact.
  • Establish standards for data translation and normalization so legacy data is usable across clinical care, financial operations, reporting, compliance, and release of information workflows.
Qualifications Expertise
  • Hands‑on product management including roadmap development, execution, and defining financial targets, and real delivery ownership (shipping product, not just planning).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data handling, including legacy system retirement, record retention, and secure access to historical data.
  • Practical ownership of data extraction, data migration, and data translation work, including mapping, testing, and validation.
  • Comfort with product areas that drive daily usability: search, reporting, access control, auditing, and secure output.
Experience
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in product management and healthcare IT
  • Working directly with engineering teams in an active development cycle,…
