Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role, based in Elmwood Park, NJ. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing performance. Additional responsibilities include analyzing audience engagement, monitoring social media trends, and working closely with internal teams to enhance brand presence and reach.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in Content Strategy, including creating targeted and engaging content
• Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring and improving social media performance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple social media platforms effectively
• A creative mindset and ability to adapt to emerging social media trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
