A regional healthcare provider in Elmwood Park is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care to residents. The LPN will supervise nursing assistants, chart patient documentation, prepare medications, and foster positive team relations. The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license in Illinois, current CPR certification, and a minimum of one year of long-term care experience.
Shifts available are 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.
