Ambulatory Surgery Clinical Coordinator RN
- Full-time
- Manage all clinical responsibilities
- Develop and implement policy
- Manage all clinical personnel including hiring, orienting, training and assessing nursing service employees.
- Perform OR Nursing procedures as necessary
- Prepare reports
- Be proficient in all procedures
- Become familiar with and adhere to all standards of care necessary to maintain accreditation by accrediting agency
- Possess current CPR/ACLS certification
- Must have experience in personnel management and collaboration
- Thorough working knowledge of surgical and aseptic technique
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
